4 Ingredient Mango Mousse

I love the Queenslands Summer fruits! Especially mangos!
To achieve this light, fluffy mango mousse, all you need is 4 ingredients, 4 minutes and a food processor!

Ingredients:
✦ 80g frozen Mango chunks.
✦ 80g Ice.
✦ 30g Vanilla Protein powder.
✦ 50ml Milk of your choice.

Method:
✦ Add Milk, Protein, Mango chunks and ice to your food processor and blitz for 2 – 3 minutes, checking every 30 seconds. Use a spatula to push ingredients back down to the blade if necessary.
✦ Your mousse is ready when it’s risen [pictured]

If you have a large food processor you might like to double this batch and you can freeze any leftovers. This recipe will not work with a small shaker blender … well it didn’t for me! However, great success with a food processor.
