This dish is so versatile with many ingredient variations that you’ll never get bored of it.
Ingredients:
✻ 1 Low Carb Wrap
✻ Onion Slices
✻ Capsicum Slices
✻ Mushrooms Sliced
✻ Cherry tomatoes Halved
✻ Dollop of cottage cheese
✻ 3 Eggs [beaten]✻ Basil + Parsley
✻ Sprinkle of your favourite Cheese
✻ Salt & Pepper
Method:
✻ Preheat oven to 175°C.
✻ Line tin or round dish with the low carb wrap.
✻ Arrange sliced ingredients and chopped herbs.
✻ Gently pour over beaten eggs / cottage cheese mixture.
✻ Add salt + pepper.
✻ Sprinkle with cheese.
✻ Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
