Ingredients:

✻ 1/2 cup dates
✻ 1/4 cup almonds
✻ 2/3 cup oats
✻ 100g Peanut butter
✻ 1 tablespoon coconut oil
✻ Pinch of salt
✻ 80g chocolate melts

Instructions:

Prepare the Base:

✻ In a food processor, combine roughly chopped dates, almonds and your oats. Blitz until the mixture forms a soft, moist consistency. If the mixture seems a bit dry, add small amounts of water until the desired consistency is achieved.

Shape the Cups:

✻ Press the mixture firmly into mini muffin patties, creating a solid base for your peanut butter cups.

Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling:

✻ In a bowl, mix the peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) with a pinch of salt and the melted coconut oil until well combined. Spoon a small amount onto each prepared base, adjusting to your preference for peanut butter goodness.

Top with Chocolate:

✻ Melt the chocolate drops and either drizzle or spoon it over the peanut butter layer. For even distribution, use a skewer to gently spread the chocolate.

Chill and Set:

✻ Place the assembled peanut butter cups in the refrigerator and allow them to set for at least 2 hours to achieve an ideal consistency and crunch.

Store in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
