Delicious and nutritious, seed & nut clusters are not only easy to make but also customisable to suit your taste buds. Packed with a variety of nuts, seeds, and a touch of sweetness, these clusters are the perfect snack for any occasion offering a plethora of health benefits.
Ingredients:
✦ 1/3 cup Roasted Almonds
✦ 1/3 cup Cashews
✦ 1/3 cup Pistachios
✦ 1/3 cup Pepitas|Sunflower seeds
✦ 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup [approx 20g]
Method:
✦ Preheat your oven to 170°C
✦ Measure out your ingredients, roughly chop your nuts and add to a mixing bowl.
✦ Add Maple Syrup + any optional extras and mix well. [see below]
✦ Scoop small portions into silicone moulds or on a banking paper lined tray.
✦ Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown.
✦ Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container at room temperature.
You don’t need to use the combination of ingredients outlined above – and can easily customise to suit what’s in your pantry as well as your preferences. In addition you might like to swap out Maple Syrup for Honey or Agave, and you can add choc chips for a sweet treat or cinnamon or sea salt are delicious options too.
